Boater benefits for long-term contracts
Are you a Port Adhoc customer with an active contract of 6 months or more for your boat parked in one of our dry ports or afloat ports? If so, your situation entitles you to privileges within our network of European ports!
Our loyalty programme allows our customers to push back the boundaries and discover numerous boating areas in three different countries. This means that all our boaters can spend their holidays free of charge at our other marinas. Our loyalty programme is designed to enable our boaters to maximise their use of our marinas. This fits in perfectly with the values of our group, which strives to bring added value to its customers and support local tourism while respecting the environment.

Free nights and then at a cheaper rate, services at a special price… Do you know exactly what offers have been put in place by the Port Adhoc group to thank you for your loyalty? We detail what you are entitled to, depending on your situation, in the following sections.
Unique privileges for afloat boaters
Do you have a Port Adhoc mooring contract at one of our marinas in France, Sweden or the Netherlands? With the Port Adhoc network loyalty programme, you can sail from one marina to another, to discover our different marinas and destinations!
As a boat owner with an active marina contract of more than 6 months, you can take advantage of 28 free nights per year at partner marinas.
Free nights spent in marinas can be split as follows:
- 21 overnight stays between September and June
- 7 overnight stays during the high season, in July and August.
In addition to these 28 free nights, Port Adhoc customers also benefit from a 25% reduction on the cost of their stay in the ports in our network.
An example of how to use your rewards If you own a boat moored all year round in one of our harbours, leave your home port for a sail and use your reward for a free stay in a nearby harbour! From Jachthaven Bruinisse, for example, why not explore Jachthaven Naarden, Marina Muiderzand, Marina Cape Helius, or our three Lelystad harbours? Free overnight stays can be used for one or more stays, in one or more marinas in our network. 💡 Don’t forget: you can also put together an itinerary to discover the Netherlands by sailing from port to port.
With 28 nights’ accommodation at our marinas, you can explore new horizons at a lower cost, and take advantage of our network’s quality facilities!

An attractive offer for marina ashore users
Boater benefits are also available to owners with long-term dry port contracts. If you have signed a ‘Season’, ‘Serenity’, ‘Half-Year’ or ‘Annual’ contract with our teams, you too are entitled to them!
With a boat moored out of the water in one of the dry ports in the Port Adhoc network, on an outside mooring or indoors in a shed, you benefit from advantages when it comes to handling and storing your boat in the dry.
The percentage discount on port services at all dry ports in our network is as follows:
- 10% discount on handling
- 10% discount on dry storage, both indoors and outdoors.
Please note: Two other boater advantages are offered in two French ports in the Port Adhoc network, at Port Napoléon (Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône) and Port Adhoc Soubise: in these two marinas, users benefit from an additional 10% discount on ‘Sérénité’ formulas.
An example of how to use your rewards You own a boat stored on dry land with Port Adhoc and you would like to change sailing basin. Why not consider moving from the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea? Or even changing country from the Netherlands to Sweden? Take full advantage of your boater benefits
To make the most of your loyalty rewards, the Port Adhoc team has some advice for you:
Overnight stays in our marinas
- We recommend that all boaters book their free nights as soon as possible. This offer is subject to availability.
- Please note that the nights offered cannot be cumulated from one year to the next: we advise you to plan ahead to make sure you benefit from all your boater advantages!
- If, at the end of the year, you have not used up all your nights, your remaining nights will unfortunately be cancelled.
- Finally, if after using your boater benefits, your credit of free nights is exhausted, remember that you will always have the opportunity to book other stays at a competitive rate. In fact, as an owner with a Port Adhoc mooring or long-term storage contract, you will still benefit from a 25% discount on additional nights booked within our network.
Handling and storage services
- To benefit from your boater privileges, remember to make your handling or storage request well in advance: that way you can be sure that the teams on site are available and check that your project is feasible.
