The manifesto

Meet a European leader

Port Adhoc was born 20 years ago.

Our ambition was to develop accessibility to the sea without over-engineering our coasts, and to offer, through the dry stack marinas we created, areas dedicated to small crafts. Two decades later, we have consolidated the very first marina platform in Europe, the historic birthplace of recreational boating. Its vocation is to contribute to exchanges and mobility around our common heritage, the sea. Our ambition for the next decade is to intensify our investments to encourage the emergence of a new generation of boaters.

"The sea is everything. It covers seven tenths of the terrestrial globe. Its breath is pure and healthy. It is an immense desert, where man is never lonely, for he feels life stirring on all sides. The sea is only the embodiment of a supernatural and wonderful existence. It is nothing but love and emotion; it is the Living Infinite."

Biodegradable boat protection cocoons in Port Leucate

The protective cocoon is a practical solution for protecting a dry boat for several weeks or months. But once the boat is in the water, the PVC protection is not reusable and becomes waste.
